How can I purchase your products?
There are three ways in which you can purchase products from The Patricks Group; online, over the phone or you can visit our showroom in Granville, where we have over 1,000 promotional products on display. This website has an ecommerce functionality that gives clients a faster and easier way to buy promotional products on line.
What are the payment options?
Direct Deposit (EFT), Cash, Credit Card and Telegraphic Money Transfer (International purchase).
How much is the freight?
Freight costs will be calculated and advised separately to any order placement and advised to the customer for payment prior to completion of the order.
Do I need an account to buy online?
No you do not need an account to buy products from The Patricks Group but it is recommended so that you can access, track and store your information. This will make your future dealings with The Patricks Group even easier!
Is there an artwork assembly charge once I have placed my order?
No, there is no charge to assemble your artwork for your approval of artwork to be fulfilled. As soon as you receive your artwork approval, you need to approve it and return it to Patricks as quickly as possible for production to commence. Without this approval NO production can commence.
Can our logo be imprinted?
Yes, most logos are able to be imprinted.
What file format should the artwork be in?
The Patricks Group accept the following file formats:

| || Encapsulated Postscript (original vectorised art, created from AI or CDR.) |
| || Portable Document Format (this file is acceptable to view artwork for quotation purposes only, unless Illustrator editing capabilities have been preserved, and it is vectorised art.) |
| || Zip (Condensed file for large images, make sure the file that is "zipped" is one of the preferred files stated above) |
Where do I send my artwork file?
Email your artwork to Customer Service at email@example.com. Add the ORDER ID NUMBER listed on your transaction so that your artwork can be easily matched with your order.
What fonts are available?
We have an enormous database of fonts available. Our Standard Fonts are: Arial, Monotype Corsiva, Nuptial BT, Oogoe Boogie and Abigails Hand. For a specific font please supply a TTF file (True Type Font) for us to load onto our system.
Are rush orders accepted?
Yes, in some cases a surcharge applies depending on the product ordered.
How long does it take to deliver my order?
This varies depending on what product is being ordered. Please check the product page or contact our Customer Service Staff to assist you with any enquiries you may have.
